Meet Kate - Founder of Yoga Pommier
Yoga Pommier offers supportive, empowering yoga classes in the Haute-Vienne, France, and online.
I teach dynamic, creative yoga designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and support your wellbeing at every stage of life, including perimenopause and menopause.
From weekly classes and 1:1 sessions in the Haute-Vienne to online programs, workshops, and retreats, you’ll find a welcoming space to move, breathe deeply, and feel strong in your body.

I'm Kate, a yoga teacher, practitioner, guide and coach based in Haute-Vienne, France. With over 25 years of personal practice and 10 years of teaching experience, I offer a blend of creative vinyasa and Forrest-inspired yoga, weaving in elements of nature, the moon cycles, astronomy, and hindu and pagan traditions. I aim to create an empowering, playful, and deeply healing space where we can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with our bodies.
Yoga has been my anchor through every major transition in life. After losing my partner, it was the practice that helped me breathe through grief and find resilience. Over the years, yoga has supported me through marriage, motherhood, and most recently, my own journey into perimenopause. It’s more than just a physical practice for me; yoga is a path of self-discovery, empowerment, and connection to the rhythms of the earth.
In my in-person classes in Bellac, I welcome all, including men, to join the practice of strengthening, empowering, and exploring the body. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my classes offer a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself and find your inner balance.
My online offerings, however, are specifically designed for women navigating perimenopause and post menopause, offering a space to slow down, tune into the body, and reclaim energy and vitality during this transformative phase of life.
My 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) focused on Vinyasa and Hot Yoga, alongside this I have completed trainings in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga for Menopause. I offer a holistic approach to yoga that honours every phase of a woman’s life. My classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, but particularly for those in midlife, where we explore themes of balance, inner strength, and self-care.
